Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 In charge of local invoices exclude subcon, carrier & inter-branch

\xc2\xb7 Posting of ad hoc invoice for payment

\xc2\xb7 Posting for auto Giro payment (Local supplier invoices)

\xc2\xb7 Checking & review Tender board invoices before posting to SAP

\xc2\xb7 Billing of payment on behalf for inter-co for expenses paid on behalf

\xc2\xb7 Support internal & external audit

\xc2\xb7 Perform Vendors\' statement reconciliation

\xc2\xb7 Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Keeping full sets of accounts

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistic company is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office & SAP accounting system
