, where your eye for detail and passion for accuracy help keep our business running strong. You'll manage day-to-day accounts, support billing and payroll, and play a key role in keeping our finances in check.
What You'll Do
Handle daily accounting operations including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with bank reconciliations.
Support budgeting, cash flow, and management reporting.
Work with the HR team on payroll and claims processing.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and auditors when needed.
Keep our financial records organized and audit-ready.
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks is a plus).
Detail-oriented, reliable, and loves working with numbers.
Independent but also a great team player.
Positive attitude and willing to learn -- we'll support your growth!
