Job Description

The Managing Director, Mr. Lim Teik Soon built his F&B empire from scratch since Year 1997. Started out as a junior kitchen assistant in a Chinese restaurant, he became his own boss after several years of hard work. He has vast experience in operating coffeeshops, eating houses and food stall outlets.



1. Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system

2. Ensure timely completion of monthly sales report/accounts receivable/accounts payables aging for review

3. Prepare payment documents and perform online payments, prepare petty cash claim and others bank related matter

4. Prepare inter-company billing, invoices

5. Prepare and maintain up-to-date filing system of accounting-related documents in hard copies and soft copies

6. Prepare monthly inter-co billing

7. Reconcile inter-company transactions and balances

8. Check and reconcile statement of accounts against accounting system

9. Assist to maintain cash flow and perform bank reconciliation

10. Assist to keep track of proper records in the maintenance/ repair / upkeep / acquisition of equipments / devices / tangible assets, including cash deposits received or paid

11. Assist in preparation of stalls/companies financial statement

12. Other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by Accounts Executive and Accounts Manager

13. Assist in other admin/project related tasks if necessary
