Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Revenue Recognition, and collaborate with teams to optimise processes.
• Prepare and review internal financial reports and key accounting schedules, ensuring accuracy in the SAP system.
• Ensure timely book closure, including the review and approval of manual adjustments and payment workflows.
• Manage tax matters, including GST, Corporate Tax, and Transfer Pricing, and support audit processes.
• Collaborate on system updates and automation improvements, and liaise on regulatory filings with the Corporate Secretary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) designation preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, and audit, ideally within the trading industry.
• Strong knowledge of FRS, GST, Corporate Tax, and statutory reporting requirements for ACRA and IRAS.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work effectively within a team.
