Minimum 5 years of company accounting experience Strong skills in financial record management, account reconciliation, and preparing financial statements Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and payroll processing Liaise with external auditor for preparation of financial statements and tax returns Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) preferred and spreadsheets Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Relevant certifications in accounting Having relevant work experience in the Legal industry will be a plus * Able to work nights; early morning shifts also desirable but not required. (aka. able to work US hours)
