Job Description

Responsibilities:

• AR & AP processing
• Initiate payments and record bank receipts and conduct bank reconciliation
• Responsible for staff claims processing
• Support admin and payroll processing
• Support preparation of accounting schedules for month end reconciliation
• Prepare quarterly GST return
• Contribute to statutory audit and tax filings of the group entities company
• Apply care, discipline and best practice across all systems, policies and procedures
• Perform any other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Accounting Degree or other qualification e.g. ACCA, diploma etc.
• At least 3 years of relevant exposure with strong hands-on experience in AR, AP and GL function.
• Excellent attention to details and discipline.
• Experience in using Xero would be a big plus
• Ideally available at short notice
