Accounts Officer (full Set Account/ Immediate Preferred)

Job Description
:
- Responsible for handling full set accounts including Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger functions.
- Maintain bank reconciliation and monthly closing on time.
- Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoice and update invoice into system.
- Oversee and maintain stock movement.
- Prepare and make payment to various suppliers.
- Prepare financial report for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong in accounting knowledge and experience in handling full set accounts
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office Application and Accounting software
