Job Responsibilities
Non-Trade Accounting
Perform coding and verification of supplier invoices.
Input and maintain accounting entries in SAP system.
Reconcile supplier statements of account (SOA).
Prepare and issue non-trade debit notes.
Inventory Trade Accounting
Create and process purchase orders (P/O) in SAP.
Handle trade invoice processing accurately and timely.
Perform manual posting of goods receipt and goods issued (for non-EDI warehouses).
Support month-end closing activities and inventory reconciliation.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the finance department.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
Prior experience in
Accounts Payable
and
Inventory Management
.
Strong understanding of GST Act, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting Standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with SAP Accounting System will be an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary:
$2,800 - $3,300 (commensurate with experience)
