What You'll Be Doing

Handle

AP/AR functions

, including invoice processing, billing, payments & receivables tracking Prepare

bank reconciliations, general ledger entries

and month-end closing Assist in

financial reporting

, audit schedules & statutory filings Monitor day-to-day financial transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy Support the preparation of

management reports

, cash flow updates & budget tracking Liaise with vendors, clients, auditors and internal teams Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance finance efficiency Other accounting or administrative duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided!) 1-3 years of accounting experience is a plus for higher salary consideration Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Navision, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) is an advantage Meticulous, organised, and able to meet deadlines Positive working attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
