DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Finance and Accounting
\xc2\xb7 Check PM rooms and Open folio on daily basis
\xc2\xb7 Match and post of payments from debtors in system
\xc2\xb7 Prepare credit card reconciliation
\xc2\xb7 Track deposits for events
\xc2\xb7 Prepare refunds
\xc2\xb7 Prepare SOA for corporate clients
\xc2\xb7 Prepare pro forma invoice
\xc2\xb7 Monitor accounts receivable and prepare weekly aging reports
\xc2\xb7 Review credit limit reports on daily basis
\xc2\xb7 Check and apply commission base on contract in the system
\xc2\xb7 Back up as receiving if receiving officer is on leave
\xc2\xb7 Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Equivalent in Finance and Accounting related
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good analytical skills
