Job Scope:

• Manage the day-to-day Accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Revenue Recognition, etc
• Assist to ensure closing of books within the timeline and review of any manual entry for adjustment
• Approval of workflows for payments after preparing disbursement slips in system
• Prepare internal monthly analysis report
• Prepare manual invoice/debit notes when required
• Assist in Audit (samplings)
• Any other ad-hoc related projects and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / LCCI / CAT Accounting, Finance and/or related field
• Possess at least 2 - 6 years of relevant Accounting experience from Trading industry
• Ensure accuracy of reports
• Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and able to work well as a team member
• Willing to learn with a positive attitude

• Working Location: City Hall
• Salary: Up to $3600 + AWS + VB
