Job Description

Applicant must be currently stays in Singapore and able to work overtime when in need.

• 5 days week plus 1 (one) half day Saturday per month
• Work location : near Macpherson, Tai Seng MRT
• Gross Salary : $3000 per month
• Nitec or Certificate in Accounting or Business Admin with 1 year accounting working experience.
• IT savvy and able to handle Chinese documents.
• Ensure all Suppliers\' Invoices are approve and verified by respective department before process payments.
• Assist in journals preparation for month end accounts closing
• Handle monthly creditor\'s statement of accounts and reconciliation.
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assign by management
