Job Description

Reporting to the AP Team Lead, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable transactions and ensure the processed invoices and transactions are recorded completely and accurately in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements; Prepare balance sheet reconciliations; Ensure timely payments through ERP and Internet Banking.

This is an internal Adecco role
Key Responsibilities
Performs daily Account Payable function to ensure transactions are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Verify staff claims and check against corporate credit card statements where applicable
Process overseas and local suppliers' invoices and payments
Reviewing purchase requisition and issuing purchase order, maintaining vendor master
Handle intercompany transactions
Maintaining Fixed Asset Master
Preparation of Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment
Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites
Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ ACCA or related disciplines
At least 2 years in AP function preferred; Fresh graduates with the drive and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Experience in managing Intercompany transactions highly preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Highly diligent, resilient and committed to meeting deadlines
Positive attitude and strong team player who is willing to assist teammates when needed
