Its modern coffee shop concept has been well-received and the company has since expanded with several stores islandwide, including an overseas outlet in New York City.He/She will play a vital role in the foundations of Kopifellas. As we are expanding, this candidate will provide support in our Finance team.Job Responsibilities Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable Update cash book and cash flow maintenance Forecast weekly cash outflow to superior Reconcile and verify suppliers' SOA, invoices, prepare payments in bank portal for approval Assist in monthly closing, audit, bank reconciliation and GST matters Prepare AP month end reporting - e.g. details aging report & accrual and prepayment schedule Manage and ensure accurate, complete and timely disbursement Maintain a good filing system for all paid and unpaid invoices General admin duties Ensure compliance with company's accounting policies and procedures Any ad-hoc task assigned as when requiredRequirements Diploma in Accounting or equivalent With 1 year of relevant accounting experience Proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge in XERO or MYOB will be an added advantage With retail or F&B experience will be an advantage Hands-on, self-motivated team player Able to handle, priorities high volume of transactions. Able to multi-task, be meticulous, attention to detail and work under pressure.
