Keywords: Finance, Accounts Payable, AccountingOur client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join their fast growing company. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and assist her on all accounts payable matters relating to both Singapore, Hongkong, China, Dubai and newly incorporated entities as assigned.

What you\'ll do:As an Accounts Payable Executive at our client\'s firm in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in on all accounts payable matters.

• Handle vendors\' invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs
• Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
• Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
• Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Executive role is someone who is meticulous and have an eye for detail.

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• MS Office skills
• Able to read and communicate in mandarin as counter parties are from Hong Kong and China
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with strong time management skills
• Eye for detail and highly meticulous
