Accounts Payable
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hours: Mon to Thu = 8:20 to 6pm | Friday = 8:20 to 5:30pm
Working Location: Benoi Place [Pick up at Jurong East MRT Station]
Salary: $2300 - $2900 (depends)
Responsibilities:
- Processing of AP invoices including accurate account coding
- Handling accounts payable function including checking and preparing cheque, bank transfer and trade finance application
- Responsible for daily accounts payable duties
- Updating of cash book
- Perform staff claim calculation
- Preparing AP related schedules of accounts
- Preparing bank reconciliation
- Assist in month end GST reporting
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess LCCI/LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in APPAC will be an advantage
