Job Description

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hours: Mon to Thu = 8:20 to 6pm | Friday = 8:20 to 5:30pm

Working Location: (Pioneer) [Company Transport Pick up at Jurong East MRT Station]

Salary: $2300 - $2900

Responsibilities:

• Processing of AP invoices including accurate account coding
• Handling accounts payable function including checking and preparing cheque, bank transfer and trade finance application
• Responsible for daily accounts payable duties
• Updating of cash book
• Perform staff claim calculation
• Preparing AP related schedules of accounts
• Preparing bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end GST reporting
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess LCCI/LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in APPAC will be an advantage
