ONLY Singaporean / Local Residents needs to apply as no quota for sponsorship.(1) Accounts Payable Officer - Near Tai Seng MRTPre-requisite :

• Must have 1 to 2 years Accounts Payable working experience in Singapore
• Must able to handle English and Chinese documents.
• Must able to perform overtime as and when required
• Off Day on Sunday and to work one Saturday (9am to 1pm) per month.
• Monday to Friday : 9am to 6.15pm

:

• Nitec or certificate in Accounting, Business Admin. and IT savvy.
• Coding and posting of suppliers\' invoice after verification and approval by respective departments.
• Prepare supplier\'s payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditor\'s statement of accounts.
• Update expenses schedule and assist in preparation of journals for the monthly a/c closing.
• Other duties as and when assigned by senior staffs.

(2) Accounts Officer - Near Jurong East MRT5 days workweek.

• Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration and IT savvy
• Must able to handle English and Chinese documents.
• 1 year hands-on working experience in accounting field, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Applicant with intern working experience welcome.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
• Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.
• Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing system and accurate accounting records.
• Ensure that the transactions comply with FRS, internal accounting policies, control procedures and tax regulations.
