Accounts Payable Specialist 5 days, 9am - 5.45pm (work in US timing if there's some communication/meeting required) Location: Beach Road (Bugis) Salary: $3200 -$4500 depends on work experience Jo Accounts Payable Specialist 5 days, 9am - 5.45pm (work in US timing if there's some communication/meeting required) Location: Beach Road (Bugis) Salary: $3200 -$4500 depends on work experience s Reporting to Group Corporate Accounting Senior Manager Manage and supervise central team members on day-to-day accounting tasks Manage month end closing activities, ensure deadlines are met Perform review of entities' accounting transactions Perform review of accounting journal entries Assist in financial and management reporting Perform review of balance sheet reconciliation Assist in periodic rolling forecasting and budgeting preparation Perform review of VAT reports Assist entity finance and operation teams in all accounting related matters Be the key accounting contact for external and internal audit Be the key contributor for accounting process improvement and internal control procedures. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Oracle (any ERP)/UiPath (RPA)/Hyperion/Essbase is an advantage, application and data interface Excellence in Excel is desired Knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP is an advantage Able to supervise team of members Related Degree from a recognized institution or/and professional certificate Prior experience in related fields is preferable, 3 - 5 years High degree of accuracy and attentive to detail Meticulous and sensitive to anomalies in processing transactions Open minded and team player Able to travel as required
