BW Offshore builds on four decades of offshore operations and project execution to create tailored offshore energy solutions for evolving global markets. We are currently constructing and preparing operation of a major gas FPSO in North-Western Australia. BW Offshore is also adapting to a rapidly changing world, capturing opportunities that arise in the ongoing global energy transition. As part of that transition, we have invested in, and are developing, floating offshore wind solutions.

BW Offshore is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (Payment) to join our Finance team in Singapore. The position will be located in the Singapore office and reports to the Accounts Payable (Payment) Lead.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Process payments timely to vendors and staff on a weekly scheduled basis
• Ensure prompt record & payment of Intercompany invoices
• Ensure correct and accurate posting of entries where applicable
• Review, analyse and manage cash and bank funding
• Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of vendor accounts with follow-up and closure
• Compliance with company policies, business processes, internal controls and local statutory requirements
• Work closely with accountants & controller on outstanding invoices
• Continuous improvement of AP process

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Economics/Accounting or other relevant major
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Enjoys high volume and fast paced environment
