About the role
College Truckers (CT) is looking for experienced, diligent and dedicated work-from-home Accounts Receivable & Operations Associate to take care of the company's billing, invoicing, and collections needs. The person will take full responsibility for ensuring that the company receives payment for services.
Primary Responsibilities
Create and process invoices
Diligently maintain and update customer records of transactions and communications
Manage billing requests and payment plans while maintaining positive customer relations
Create weekly or daily reports regarding status of customer accounts (incoming payments and accounts receivable)
Drafts all correspondence with customers in regards to collections
Report to Director of Operations
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
Great attention to detail
Experience working in logistics (preferred)
Reliable and consistent internet connection
Someone who has experience in the following or can learn fast
Quickbase
Xero
Salary and Benefits:
Candidate must be willing to forego vacation or personal leave from April 25th - May
30th and August 1st - August 30th of each year
