Job Summary:Monday to Friday8.30 pm to 5.30 pmWest RegionThe Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.Key Responsibilities:Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts, communicate with customers regarding outstanding balancesProcess incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgerInvestigate and resolve billing discrepanciesMonitor and prepare cash flow analysisCollaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries or concernsSupport month-end and year-end close processesContribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounts receivable functionDepartment admin & ad-hoc duties assigned from time to timeRequirements:Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualificationsMinimum 1 year of working experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detailAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
