Reiterating his concern below and requesting his Certification of Contribution of all his contributions.- Payment applications- Online billing via customer's websites- Email communication with customers- other various accounting dutiesThe Senior AR must have experience with customer payment deductions, i.e. pricing, shortages, and taxes). Additionally, you will reconcile customers' statement accounts and respond to customers' inquiries by email.The position requires the ability to interact and correspond via email with customers and company account representatives.The position requires strong organizational and communication skills along with MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and SAP experience.Work independently in a fast-paced environment.Assist with special projects as directed and/or assigned by Management.BA degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.B. Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communications skills with proficiency in English.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Detail oriented is a must - intermediate to advance level of Excel skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to keep track of own schedule and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 5+ years' experience working with Accounts Receivable.
  • Communication - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with employees, customers and all other contacts. Ability to adjust communication style to suit situation and audience.
  • Multi-Tasking — Ability to assist customers by phone, chat and email in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prioritize offline workload and provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Critical Thinking — Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical approach to all tasks.
  • Computer Skills - Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to type at 50 wpm with accuracy. Ability to learn various other software programs to include SAP.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per monthBenefits:
