Job Description

Location: Pioneer (2 bus stop from Joo Koon Interchange)
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3400 - $3800Responsibilities:Collections

• Channel your expertise in collecting payments from clients. You\'re the whisperer who turns overdue accounts into harmonious settlements.
• Make those collection calls with finesse, balancing assertiveness with empathy, navigate delicate conversations and build bridges.

Financial

• Dive into accounts receivable aging reports. Identify overdue payments, follow up, and ensure timely resolution.
• Reconcile customer accounts, uncover discrepancies, and resolve billing disputes.

Invoicing

• Generate and dispatch invoices promptly, ensuring clients receive accurate bills.
• Handle incoming payments via checks, electronic transfers, or credit cards.

Reporting

• Prepare financial statements, highlight accounts receivable status, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to strategize based on data-driven insights.

Client

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, provide exceptional service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in accounts receivable, with a proven track record of successful collections.
