Work Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities: Our Singapore International Finance Centre has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Manager who has extensive experience in the full OTC process. Note that the job title will be commensurate with one\'s length of relevant experiences and our internal team structure.
Process inbound payments and accurately reconcile payments on customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts in a timely and efficient manner
Manage claims/disputes and credit notes to ensure timely resolution
Prepare monthly AR reporting, review the aged account, evaluate credit risks, and suggest solutions aimed to mitigate the risk exposure
Liaise with customers and Account Managers to manage customer outcomes
Review of Customer Master Data perform timely maintenance work as required
Ensure the accuracy of rebates including accruals, settlement, and analyst. Investigate variances and respond to enquiries
Allocate revenue to correct G/L accounts, and be responsible for the analysis of revenue related P&L and B/S accounts
Ensure compliance with accounting practices and company policies. Audit and validate data to meet Audit and Local Authority requirements
Undertake systems projects with the objective of creating efficiencies, and the automation of the OTC process
Take a pro-active approach to identify opportunities to implement process improvements across the AR function and prepare related procedures
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalents
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 Accounts Receivable experience with a large multinational organization
Strong experience with revenue and rebates/claims
Extensive knowledge of billing management, credit control, and debt collection processes
Highly skilled and experienced in implementing organisational systems, procedures, and processes
Sound accounting knowledge of the end to end AR process, experienced in leading the month-end and year-end closing
Ability to interpret and analyse Financial Statements
Good internal control mindset in the OTC process
Proven ability to build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and customers, strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and have high attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and in a team, show initiative & be self-motivated
Be reliable, responsible & accountable
Experience in Tech industry is a plus.
