Job Description

[3 months contract]5 days, 9am- 5.45pmSalary: $3000- $4000Address: Robinson Road, S048547 (Raffles/ Telok Ayer)Job Responsibilities :

• Handle full spectrum of accounting duties, including Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, and General Ledger functions, invoicing, payments etc
• Cash management including cashflow planning and bank reconciliation
• Closing and preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements and audit schedules
• Ensure all monthly processes and requirement are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Produce all regulatory reporting including GST and ensure accurate and timely submission
• Support and follow through process improvement initiative to improve efficiencies including implementation of new project
• Support the internal/ external regulatory audit & tax requirements
• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in FACT & MYOB accounting software is preferred
• Able to commit 3 months contract job, non-renewable
• Able to start work immediately
