Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.
- Respond to all emergency situations quickly (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns
- Implement and administer inventory control programs, purchase parts and supplies
- Consolidate and prepare monthly reports as per contract requirement
- Co-ordinate with engineer, consultant, architect, supplier, supervisor, subcontractor and all other stakeholders (where applicable) to ensure smooth execution of site works
- To do site assessment and prepare quotation for ad hoc repair / replacement works and compile Purchase Order for confirmed orders.
- Co-ordinate with Safety team on the submission of safety documents Risk Assessment, permit to Work etc.
- Able to co-ordinate multiple M&E trades on site, follow up Method of Statement, shop drawings and material submission. Supervise site works in accordance to construction schedule.
- Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Construction / Building) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ACMV is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
