Min Degree in Mechanical / Engineering / Building Science or Facilities Management
Min 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in operation, servicing and maintenance of ACMV systems
Experience in Liquid Desiccant System and Absorption Chiller System will be an added advantage
Adequate knowledge of medium voltage & low voltage electrical systems
Familiar with AutoCad
RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead a group of Technicians to carry out day to day servicing and maintenance of building\'s ACMV system/Smoke Detection System, Slab Cooling System and other small M&E System
To support facilities operations and able to provide engineering solutions to enhance M&E systems\' reliability and robustness
To liaise and co-ordinate project site works with clients, building managing agent, consultants, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors
To ensure effective and efficient preventative maintenance to prevent down time
To prepare yearly, quarterly & monthly maintenance schdule
To prepare monthly progress report for maintenance work
To monitor and assess service contractors\' performance
To manage the documentation of PO, DO, Service reports, etc
To assist Project Manager in plan, design, tender and manage project work
