Reporting to the facilities manager, you will be a key member of the facilities team in providing facilities management services to our client. Duties and Responsibilities To ensure that the daily AC thermal comfort is within the acceptable limit. Schedule maintenance activities for ACMV systems, keeping track of maintenance works with follow-up actions for systems such as chillers, AHU, FCU, fire protection, gas systems etc. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to the prescribed checklist and schedule. Maintain a comprehensive list of standby vendors for cases of emergencies,i.e. Chiller system failure. Improving the efficiency of the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation. To provide excellent service to client expectations. To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently. Providing feasible solutions and coordinating with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensuring the objectives are achieved. Conduct regular inspections of existing aircon systems to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines. To ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures. Any other tasks, when required by the Facilities Manager. Requirement Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults A good team leader Good communication skills both verbal and written Commitment to be recalled back to the site for emergencies Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior Willing to work 5.5 days week
