We are looking for a Senior ACMV/ HVAC Engineer to lead mechanical systems operations at a healthcare facility. You'll oversee a team of junior engineers, technical officers, and technicians, ensuring reliable system performance, safe work practices, and excellent client service.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of ACMV and mechanical systems
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders and manage vendor performance
• Support emergency preparedness, site inspections, and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments
• Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV, BMS, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• GMAP or SCEM certification is a plus
