Design ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
Perform calculations for heat load, static pressure, and fluid dynamics.
Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications using software like AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Coordinate with architects and other engineers on the project team.
Project management:
Manage and oversee ACMV projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Installation and commissioning:
Supervise and guide subcontractors during installation.
Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure compliance with designs and safety regulations.
Participate in testing and commissioning of the installed systems.
Maintenance and troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for maintenance and repair activities.
Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
Manage service requests and ensure timely response and resolution of issues.
