• Work hours: Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

Adecco is collaborating with one a local Company that specializes in energy conservation, sustainable building solutions, and M&E services, helping clients optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve Green Mark certifications. They provide tailored strategies and Energy Performance Contracting for long-term savings and sustainability.They are looking for a ACMV Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should be an expertise in energy efficiency, excellent planning and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, adaptability, and a commitment to safety, capable of handling M&E hands on Maintenance and driving sustainability goals. • Oversee maintenance regimes for site equipment, ensuring smooth operation of plant and airside systems by promptly troubleshooting and rectifying technical issues.
• Develop and manage monthly team schedules, delegating tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations and timely project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive training for team members, maintaining a high standard of safety and creating a workplace culture prioritizing safety awareness and compliance.
• Engage with building management, tenants, and internal teams through regular meetings, addressing operational requirements and providing superior customer service.
• Draft and review proposals, quotations, and service reports, ensuring accurate records of maintenance and technical operations.
• Monitor and audit team performance, ensuring consistent adherence to quality work methods while resolving technical faults within established timelines

The Talent

• Possess a diploma in a relevant field such as Engineering or Sustainability.

• Demonstrate a keen interest in energy efficiency and optimization initiatives.
• Prior relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent skills in planning and organization.
• Showcase flexibility, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Willing and capable of performing shift work.
