We only engage excellent instructors who can deliver the course content well to ensure all learners meet their individual needs and receive quality teaching and are able to apply in their workplace. Our training rooms are cosy and we have a small class size in order to provide a positive learning environment.ROLELearners come to us to courses which they need for their jobs, to be more productive in their roles and empower them in their job searches. This role is crucial to deliver the content so that learners can apply what they learn in their workplaces.Besides being patient and polite, the trainer needs to be well-versed in the course content.In this role, the employee will improve their communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, classroom management, meeting management and be a more confident person.RESPONSIBILITIES-ACTA/ACLP certified Trainers-Will train at Telok Blangah/Vivocity area most of the time-Train learners in Photoshop-Ensure attendance taken-Ensure exercise files are downloaded to computers-Arrive 30 minutes before class-Ensure survey form is filled-Continuously improve course notes and exercise files-Self-improve knowledge in the various courses-Answer questions from past learnersREQUIREMENTHave at least 5 years of working experienceGood TeamworkGood learning attitudeGood interpersonal skillsSense of responsibility and inItiativeGoal and Detailed orientedPatient and Polite
