This leading Regional Private Bank is looking for investment advisor with native Japanese to support the business due to great success in their business last year. Great exposure and great remuneration package provided. Relocation is welcome.

job scope.
As the AD/D, Investment Advisor for a well-reputed Regional Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:

• Provide premium & tailor-made investment advise to Private Banking clients and construct investment strategies that align with client\xe2\x80\x99s target strategic assets allocation to meet investment objectives and risk profile.
• Liaise with Private Bankers to formulate investment ideas & concepts, to create investment proposals and to conduct portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate execution of investment strategy with appropriate products and services
• Monitor clients & prospects portfolios for performance, appropriateness and opportunity
• Contribute input and support for the development of new business initiatives and product enhancement by keeping abreast of products in the market as well as developing, monitoring, and following up on new trading ideas related to different asset classes
• Achieve revenue income and increase business volume to meet annual target
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

requirements.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or other related discipline
• At least 8 years in banking/ asset management/ wealth management industry in an investment advisory position
• Experience in portfolio management, brokerage or institutional sales useful
• Knowledge of private banking business onshore and offshore, and competitive and regulatory environment
• Client focused, with strong sales, analytic, technical, teamwork and relationship building skills
• Strong negotiation, complex problem resolution, communication and presentation written and oral skills
• Sound judgement, keen sense of urgency, and high level of professional and personal integrity
• Native Japanese is a must
