What the role is:
Adjunct STEM Instructor (Workshop) supports teachers in the delivery of Design and Technology (D&T) coursework and practical lessons; and support teachers in projects and operational aspects of students' learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
What you will be working on:
You will prepare teaching resources, set up workshops/ special rooms for practical lessons or assessments and guide students in their projects. You are also required to ensure that lessons are conducted in a smooth and safe manner in the workshops and that all tools, equipment, machines and training kits are in good working condition. You will also provide support in students' STEM learning, such as working with teachers to plan and organise STEM learning experiences/ journeys for students and supporting students in their STEM investigative projects and/ or STEM Applied Learning Programme (ALP) projects
What we are looking for:

• Commitment to a 1-year contract o Good interpersonal and communication skills o Ability to work independently and in teams o Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience and familiar in handling and troubleshooting machines, equipment and tools that are used in secondary schools and safety requirements in workshops If you are shortlisted, you will be included on a central register for schools' consideration till 19 Dec 2025. During this period, schools may reach out to you for further assessment such as interviews or work trials to determine your suitability for the job. If you are not approached by any school by 19 Dec 2025, you may consider your application as unsuccessful.
