Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver world class training to a variety of Adult Learners from different business units, Corporates
• Training includes: Soft skills / 7 habits / leadership and team work etc.
• Ensure registration / preparation of class room prior and after lessons
• Collate Feedback via Feedback system
• Continuous improvement and suggestions on how to improve class room and learning experience
• Amend and improve teaching materials provided

Skills & Experience

• Adult Learning or similar educational / facilitation certification
• At least 5 years of training / facilitation experience in group training / facilitation (15-20)
• Ability to commit training; schedule will be planned at least 2 weeks in advance. Ability to commit to last min trainings will also be appreciated
• Enjoys class room interaction with adult learners
• Strong background in 7 habits and experiential learning activities
