Description Our client is one of the leading financial firm in Singapore. It\'s a good opportunity to begin a career in the industry, no experience required, training will be provided. - Daily clearance for incoming cheques. - Daily clearance for Payment Vouchers and Dispatch of refund cheque with supportings. - Daily clearance for Bank Transfer receipting. - Assist in Monthly Commission Payout of Agency (via Cheque& PayNow). Help to input Payment Vouchers and generate commission template. - Dispatch of monthly statements. - Filing. - Assist in Gix refunds and bank charges for credit card deduction. - Scanning and Archiving of documents. Our Requirements - Admin or Accounting experience preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. - High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. - Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new charges. - Good written, verbal and communication skills. Work Location: Raffles Place or East - 5 Days work week, 9am- 6pm Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
