Role Description
This is a contract-based Admin & Accounts Executive role on a flexible, freelance basis. The position combines administrative and financial responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial management. The role is hybrid, based in Singapore, requiring a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. Key tasks include data entry & book keeping, using accounting software, preparing financial statements, and assisting with GST submissions.
Qualifications
Experience with book keeping and data entry and Accounting Software usage
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and compliance
Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements
Strong understanding of general Finance principles
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Relevant certifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred
