Job Description


Accounting scope

  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  • Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts
  • Ensure audit and the company’s financial reports are submitted on time
  • Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
  • Prepare invoices and send statement of accounts to clients
Administrative scope
  • To prepare and issue salary and relevant documents for staff
  • Ensure office supplies are well stocked and order when necessary
  • To keep track of staff overtime, leave and MC
  • To keep track and arrange company vehicles renewal of road tax/insurance
  • Apply for workers' permits whenever necessary
  • Any other administrative duties
