Maintain accurate and current financial records and ledgers.
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
Assist with bank reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate interviews and the onboarding of new employees.
Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing by providing the necessary data.
Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and events.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or higher qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in administration.
Meticulous, organized, and hardworking, with good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
