Job Description


To be a successful candidate, you’ll possess the following:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is essential
  • Ability to communicate with clients and handle enquiries
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others. The role provides support to the sales team
  • handling of rejection/CN/DN
  • Experience using SAP. Training will be provided if no experience.
  • B1/ ERP system would be an advantage
  • Able to start work ASAP.
You will also be required to:
  • Arranging ,managing and streamlining deliveries
  • Prepare and dispatch invoice
  • Managing supplies – including assisting in issuing POS and stock received, month-end and EOY stocktaking
  • Provide support in other ad-hoc duties
