About the Role:


Our client, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin and Accounts Assistant to support their daily operations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to both administrative and finance functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment records Support month-end and year-end financial reporting Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Assist with payroll and statutory submissions as required

Requirements:



Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (entry-level candidates are welcome) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
