Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Finance Manager
  • Assist in Account Receivables (AR) Function and Partial Account Payable (AP) Functions
  • Perform invoicing and receipting to customers
  • Data entry of AP & AR invoices into accounting system (Netiquette).
  • Ensure transaction entries are timely and accurately recorded into system.
  • Handle general administrative duties including answering phone, preparing reports, filing etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Nitec, Diploma in Business Study or Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Training will be provided
  • Well organized and meticulous
  • Able to start work within short notice
