Job Description

& Requirements

  • Prepare and provide quotations and invoices to customers
  • Prepare and provide PO to vendors
  • Key in consolidated data into excel file
  • Liaise with suppliers or customers via email or phone
  • Responsible for general employee queries such as leave, processes, etc
  • Assist in payroll computation
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as per assigned
Requirements
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills, has experience in using Microsoft Excel
  • Basic accounting experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Ability to multi-task and manage ad-hoc projects
