Role and Responsibilities1) Accounts and admin related duties2) Collect and distribute mails3) Issue invoice to clients4) Check invoices and delivery orders from suppliers5) Assist QS in checking subcon payment details6) Check and issue payment for Petty Cash claim submitted by PM/Site Supervisors7) Issue payment vouchers and cheques to subcon, suppliers, HP creditors, etc8) Prepare and submit CPF for staff9) Monitoring payment from clients10) Monitoring Banks balance and estimate fund require for each Bank to ensure sufficient fund11) Update Bank interest rate12) Apply Bank facilities and refinance of properties loan when required13) Prepare LC/TR/TT/Cashier order to suppliers14) Check all GST transactions before online submission15) Banks reconciliation16) Prepare projects P/L report monthly17) Prepare documents, journal vouchers, accounting reports, etc for audit purposedPayroll / Others duties18) Check workers' time sheet and wages summary19) Submit GIRO payment for workers' wages20) Calculate staff salary / bonus and submit GIRO payment21) Apply EP/S Pass applications22) Prepare staff payslips23) Submit GOVT training grant, FWL waivers, Staff NS pay, etc..24) Tabulate and submit staff and workers income tax return to IRAS25) Prepare and submit CPF for staff
