Job Description

Responsibilities: Admin - Ordering of stationeries, medication for office usage. - Arranging of air conditioner cleanings for office and dormitory, pest control and water filter change. - Distribu Responsibilities: Admin - Ordering of stationeries, medication for office usage. - Arranging of air conditioner cleanings for office and dormitory, pest control and water filter change. - Distributing of job order forms, material return forms, work order forms issued by project team to the online system. - Filing of projects contracts and letter of award to get it sign and chop. - Maintaining of Delivery Order record and filing it. - Answering of phone calls and taking messages - Other ad-hoc stuff assigned from time to time Accounts - Data entry of AP invoices and process of payment voucher, and petty cash preparation. - Data entry of AR payment received into system. - Assist in monthly stock taking - Quarterly GST Submission and annual corporate tax submission. - Other ad-hoc stuff assigned from time to time Requirement At least Diploma in Accountancy or relevant field Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Knowledge of Synergix software is an advantage Will be good if is in construction or manufaturing industry before Positive attitude and able to work independently Good communication & interpersonal skills Able to start with short notice will be an added advantage
