JOB SUMMARYDirectly reports to the Finance Operations Management Officer (FOMO) and administratively reports to the Branch Manager (BM). Supervise, orient and develop the Finance and Admin Associates, Treasury Associate or Accounting Associate, whichever is applicable, of the branch. Shall be responsible for the branch accurate and timely submission of financial reports; budget preparation and monitoring; fund management; monitoring inter-unit and inter office transaction; and monitor and support the branch office administration by ensuring compliance to government regulations and ECLOF policies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RELATIONSHIPSFunctionally directly reports to the Finance and Admin Manager, and administratively reports to the Branch Manager; has working coordination with Program Supervisors; directly supervise Finance and Admin Associates in the assigned units. Occasionally will report/submits report to the Operations Manager and Executive Director for finance and admin related activities; HR Manager and all employees for HR related activities.JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Must be a BS Accountancy graduate, preferably CPATRAINING : Preferably has 100-150 hours relevant training on financial analysis, cash flows, inventory asset management, procurement, 5S, and administration.EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) year relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping work, at least 1 year supervisory experienceRELATED JOB COMPETENCIES: 1. Has broad understanding of financial and accounting principles and application.2. Good communication skills both in verbal and written, effective report writing and business communication.3. Has a sense of commitment in leading and managing.4. Has effective interpersonal skill.5. Proficient in computer application and programs particularly spreadsheet.6. Good decision-maker and a conflict resolver.7. Analytical and problem-solver8. A person of integrity and manifest evidence of Christian faith and valuesOTHER BENEFITS: 1.
