Work with the Operations Manager and the Administration Manager to support school operations
Perform general administrative duties
Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
Assist in the management of student and school information
Help in school logistics and events as and when required
Job Requirements
:
Possess 3 GCE 'O' Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills, especially MSWORD, MSPPT and MSEXCEL. Additional IT skills will be an advantage
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
