This role is an entry level role that will provide you with relevant exposure to events management and communications. We are a dynamic workplace that will give you the opportunity to interact and work with diverse groups of people, stakeholders and environments.
Job Responsibilities
1. General administration of association management including posts at the Association social media platform.
2. Liaise with various stakeholders such as suppliers and contractors in the Built Environmental industry.
3. Supporting the preparation of events planning details such as venue sourcing, F&B arrangements, collaterals, eDM.
4. Secretariat work with an alliance association member.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
2. Strong inter-personal and good written and verbal communication skills
3. Pro-active and adaptive to different business environments
