Job Description
Position Title: Admin and Sales Coordinator
Working location: Ang Mo Kio Ind Pk
Working date and time: 8.30am-6.15am (Mon-Fri)
Salary range: Basic $2,300 - $3,000 + AWS + Bonus
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers enquiries and prepare quotation for locals & overseas
- customers.
- Monitoring of orders, prepare Delivery order, invoice and liaised with forwarder for export shipment.
- Account related duties: AR, AP and order Entries partial set of account
- Min 2 years working experience in preferably with Trading and import and export
- sales.
- LCCI or Diploma in any Business Admin related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Act! Software
